My son Fleet and I just spent four days at FloydFest. My dad even joined us for a few days. Of course our BEST friend David Morrisette was the generous host and came over with his son Ryan. We had too much fun. Great food, great bands, all access passes, even got on the stage with RailRoad Earth to take photos. We loved Railroad Earth, Donna the Buffalo, Mississippi Blues All Stars, The Dukh's, the WayBacks and Roanoke's own The Seed. Josh Newsome served up some awesome food. Nikki and the the crew from Mojo had the best coffee and Kirk Munson brought his master micro brew.
Given a choice of going to Merlefest, Bonnaroo or FloydFest (and we have been to all htree!) we would opt for FloydFest everytime. More relaxed, cooler, better food, artists are more accessible and of course it is in the coolest place in the world FLOYD
